Section 513
Conjunctive Contract

(1) If there is an agreement to do or not to do something if any event occurs in the future, no liability will be created from such an agreement until such event occurs.
(2) In the event that a contract is deemed to have been concluded if a person does a specific act in the future, no liability shall be created from such a contract if such person does not act or is unable to do such act.
(3) If there is an agreement to do or not to do something if an uncertain event does not occur in the future, then only when it is impossible for such event to happen, the obligation according to such agreement will be created.
(4) If there is an agreement to do or not to do something if an event occurs within a certain time in the future, such an agreement shall be deemed to be null and void after such event is impossible to occur within the specified time or after the expiration of the specified time.
(5) If there is an agreement to do or not to do something if an event does not occur within a certain time in the future, if such event does not occur within such time or if it is certain that such event will not occur within such time, the liability according to such agreement will be created.
